At Golf Cart Stuff, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely happy with your item(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to begin a return (subject to guidelines below).  Returns initiated after 30 days from the date of purchase will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs except when the item received was different than what was ordered. In the event we ship a product different than what was ordered, we will provide a pre-paid return label and waive any restocking fee.

Return Policy Guidelines:

•     Must be in new, unused condition.
•     Returns must be initiated within 30 days of original order.
•     Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
•     Returns subject to 10% restocking fee.

Special Note: Golf Cart Wheels and Tires

Wheel and tire combos and individual wheels may not be returned once they have been mounted on a cart. Additionally, tires ordered individually may not be returned after being mounted on a wheel. Any wheels and tires sent back are subject to the Return Policy Guidelines outlined above and will be inspected upon receiving them back. In the event used wheels and tires are sent back we reserve the right to deny any request for refund.

Refused Delivery of an Order 

If an item is returned to us because the delivery was refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to refund the purchase minus the cost of the original shipping charges incurred by Golf Cart Stuff. Additionally the item will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
